Why Multinational Corporate Towers Specify Aluminium Installers Ghana
A multinational headquarters in Airport City is not a building that can leak, rattle or weather badly. It carries a global brand on its elevation, hosts staff and visitors who judge the company by the lobby they walk into, and faces wind and driving rain on a tall, exposed façade where a single under-sealed joint becomes a stain that the whole street can read. The aluminium envelope on a corporate tower is the most visible — and most performance-critical — trade on the job, and it is specified accordingly.
Aluminium Installers Ghana has fabricated and installed aluminium façades, windows and entrances across Ghana since 1988. Our position on corporate work is simple: the curtain wall is specified to what the elevation has to do — its wind load, its water-tightness, its thermal behaviour behind air-conditioning — and it is handed over in writing, with the test standards and the warranty documented, not assumed.
What Multinational Corporate Aluminium Work Demands
Corporate-tower aluminium is judged on performance and on finish, and both are written into the order before fabrication begins.
Façade performance under real load
A multi-storey Airport City elevation carries higher wind pressure and more driving rain than a low residential opening. The curtain wall and windows are specified to a performance class — air infiltration, water penetration under pressure, and structural wind load — and tested to that class, so the envelope stops weather at the line and does not move or whistle in a storm.
Thermal performance behind air-conditioning
A continuously cooled corporate interior loses money and forms condensation through an un-broken aluminium frame. Thermal-break framing and performance (double-glazed / IGU) glazing are specified where the cooling load justifies them, cutting heat gain and the condensation that marks a cold frame.
Shop-drawing coordination
On a corporate tower the aluminium has to land exactly where the structure, the slab edges and the M&E penetrations allow. We coordinate shop drawings against the architect’s and structural details before anything is cut, so the façade is engineered on paper first and installed once.

Our Multinational Corporate Aluminium Scope
- Curtain-Wall Installation — stick and unitised aluminium façade systems for the tower envelope
- CNC & Laser Aluminium — precision-cut frames, brackets and feature components to drawing
- Specialty Fabrication — bespoke entrances, canopies and one-off aluminium elements for the corporate identity
- Louvres & Brise-Soleil — solar-shading and plant-screening for the façade and roof
- Aluminium Windows Cost Guide — what drives material vs installed cost on commercial work
Standards & Performance
- EN 1090 — execution of aluminium structures; the installed façade work is executed to the relevant Execution Class so the fabrication and fixing are to a real engineering standard
- ASTM E283 — air leakage (infiltration) through the installed envelope
- ASTM E331 — water penetration under static air-pressure difference
- ASTM E330 — structural performance of the façade under positive and negative wind load
- AAMA 501 — methods of test for exterior walls, used to verify façade performance on commercial elevations
- 10-year workmanship warranty — Aluminium Installers Ghana’s own decade-long commercial guarantee on the installation. This is a commercial guarantee we stand behind, not an industry standard.
Costs on corporate façade work are quoted on survey — the elevation, the performance class, the glazing and the access decide the figure, not a catalogue rate.
