Laser-Cut Screens for an Executive Residence — East Legon
The architect’s drawings called for a repeating geometric pattern across the terrace and stair elevations — decorative from the street, functional as privacy and shade from inside. We digitised the pattern, ran trial panels on the CNC bed to confirm tolerance and shadow behaviour, then cut and powder-coated the full set for the coastal Accra climate.
On a residence, the fixings matter as much as the pattern: each screen panel was anchored to carry its own wind load without transmitting rattle to the building. The homeowner received the finish specification and our written workmanship warranty at handover — the same paperwork discipline we apply on a commercial elevation.
