The commissioning brief for this Airport City tower was written before a single profile was cut: the elevation had to hold its stated air-infiltration and water-penetration classes at height, where wind-driven rain punishes any installation shortcut. We surveyed the structural grid, fabricated the framing in our Dzorwulu workshop to the named tolerances, and installed floor by floor with anchor and seal checks signed off per zone.
The building stayed occupied throughout. Handover included the full QC record — survey data, fabrication tolerances, installation sign-offs — and the written workmanship warranty that lets the facilities team audit the envelope years later.
